• Level A (Premium): Offers great protection for your items. This includes a plentiful supply of plastic wrap, soft protection blankets, and strong tie-downs. Specialized tools include one heavy-duty hand-truck, one standard hand-truck, and one heavy-duty four-wheel dolly.
• Level B+ (Standard Plus): Offers good protection for your items. This includes a standard supply of plastic wrap, soft protection blankets, and strong tie-downs. Specialized tools include one heavy-duty hand-truck and one heavy-duty four-wheel dolly.
• Level B (Standard): Offers moderate protection for items. This includes limited plastic wrap, protection blankets, and tie-downs. Basic tools include one standard hand-truck.
• Level C+ (Economy): Offers minimal protection for items. This level utilizes minimal plastic wrap, blankets, and tie-downs. Includes a basic hand-truck.

These hourly rates are the minimum base prices. All bookings typically require a 2-hour minimum charge. A transport vehicle, specialized tools, accessories, etc. are not charged in these rates listed. If no level of protection is requested, a level of our choosing will be made (usually B+). If the location(s) details change or are not as described when booking service, the rate may increase. Adequate details need to be provided regarding the location(s) (e.g., stairs, piano, etc.) to perform service correctly/safely, and prevent a rate increase. Service may be declined if certain details are not shared, or an increased rate (on omitted details) is refused. All accessories—including blankets, plastic wrap rolls, tie-downs, etc.—are taken back after service is completed, unless specifically purchased.
