• Level A (Premium): Offers great protection for your items. This includes plenty of plastic wrap, plenty of soft protection blankets, plenty of strong tie-downs, and all necessary tools—including a heavy-duty hand-truck and one standard hand-truck, and one heavy-duty four-wheel dolly.
• Level B+ (Standard Plus): Offers good protection for your items. This includes a decent amount of plastic wrap, a decent amount of soft protection blankets, a decent amount of strong tie-downs, and standard tools—including a heavy-duty and standard hand-truck.
• Level B (Standard): Offers medium protection for items. This includes some plastic wrap, some soft protection blankets, some strong tie-downs, and basic tools—including a heavy-duty hand-truck.

If the service details change or are found to be significantly inaccurate after the crew arrives, the hourly rate is subject to change. Please be descriptive regarding the service location(s) (e.g., stairs, piano) and what is needed to perform the service correctly. We reserve the right to decline service if the details are not fully disclosed before booking, or an increased hourly rate on omitted details is refused.
